  I found it very easy to set up, excellent picture far superior to the sky box I have just got rid of, should have binned sky a long time ago,ordered wednesday delivered Thursday excellent service,easy to use too.Very pleased with your company and product keep up the good work.

  Excellent quality freesat, great speedy delivery, easy to set up, BUT I wish Humax would redesign the remote control. The buttons sure very small and very close together, when playing back recorded programmes, fast forwarding and playing can be a hit and miss affair.Humax, please take a look at the Sky remote control, nice big buttons, easy to use, simplify the the remote control and you would delight your many already satisfied customers.

  Next day delivery on graded unit undistinguishable from brand new.A saving of over 120 over the same Fox bought 2 years ago.No real complaints on the Humax, the remote control response is slow and must be pointed straight on to the sensor, The Sky guide is easier, quicker and more logical to use, but comparing the cost of subscriptions its no contest.Especially now with more freesat HD channels an ethernet connection Trust this Fox will be as reliable and trouble free as the other.5

  As a Senior Citizen in my 87th year, I decided to buy this model as recommended by my neighbour and have never regretted it. I mow live on my own and it gives me great entertainment and is quite easy to operate. If I have any problems, I contact my dealer who sorts it out for me The best thing about this model is that I skip those annoying commercials. Many thanks for an excellent product.

  Ordered Monday, delivered Wednesday morning, up running inside 20 mins most of which was downloading a software update. Simple interface, good feature set, great picture quality. Cannot fault the product or the service. Thank you very much Humax!
