I bought this fantastic product for our caravan on the strength of loving our recordable model in our home, although this item was grade A there wasnt a mark on it, all the packaging was as new my only small gripe was the batteries for the remote were flat otherwise 1st class, I only purchased the product at lunchtime the previous day, I was informed by Email that the item would be delivered the next day by courier, the following morning I recieved an email from Interlink stating the product would be delivered between 9.30am 10.30pm, sure enough it arrived at 9.35am, what a service, I had the Freesat box fully installed and running by 10am, it could not have been easier, everything about it is absolutely perfect and would thoroughly recommend the product and company, if you want my advise BUY BUY BUY

Good value at the A grade price and the product looks and performs as new, Easy to set up. Sound and picture quality through HDMI is excellent.Seems there are many hundreds of channels if you scan for all channels rather than Freesat only. Freesat channels are nicely indexed and accessible with the option to delete channels from the list and create favourite channel lists.Overall a very good product at a good price.

I bought this to replace a bush freesat box that i was having problems with,it arrived at the correct time and 10 minutes later it was up and running.it does not look like a refurb to me it looks brand new,I am now thinking about getting another one for my caravan. its a very simple setup and picture quality is very good,its a shame there are only 2 HD channels

Saw this at a friends house who had replaced Sky with this.Very impressed.Decided to go down the same route and have not been disappointed.Watching World Cup in HD for free.How cool is that?Three months subscriptions from Sky and its paid for.Picture quality even in SD through HDMI is far better than Sky.Do yourself a favour and get one,you will not be disappointed.

After messing about looking for good deals on ebay, I decided I might as well buy direct and Im glad I did. Superb price and service the back up of the manufacturer. No worries or hassle and as good a price as the as new ones offered elsewhere! Delivered quickly and great communication about delivery time. Buy one!!
