Id bough a PVR9300T from littlewoods at a cost of over 200 including delivery, when i found this website and found i could save 80 by buying direct i didnt need to think about it.I now have one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and would recommend a humax box to everyone looking to buy a PVR without hesitation.I had a thompson box previously which i gave away as it wasnt worth a light, and ill never go back to any other make now.simple to use, good quality stuff.

This is a tip top superb machine with HDMI upscaling and terrific twin channel recording plus a large hard drive for loads of recordings. Picture and sound quality are superb... menu and programming guides really good... the remote is also very good and easy to get used to.. lots of options on the remote too from accessing recordings to skipping adverts and slow motion. This is simply a totally top class freeview recorder that sets a very high standard.

Love the product with a passion but only purchased it because it had a USB download slot allowing programmes to be extracted from the hard drive. None of the software has ever worked with this, now were on Windows 7 and its simply not compatible at all. I will buy a new one, but only when I know I can extract programmes quickly and efficiently.

We struggled for 6 months with a Thompson,Top Up TV PVR, exchanged it 3 times and finally consigned it to its rightful place at the Tip! A good friend recommended Humax. Placed the order Sunday 3rd. Delivered Tuesday 5th at 10.00am on the dot. Installed and operational within 20 mins! Brilliant picture, in fact, best ever!A superb unit, matched by Humax outstanding service. Very very highly recommended!

I am very pleased with my purchase. Only one problem, cannot see a way to record a programme several days in advance without trawling through the guide which takes quite a long time to load even for that same day. Have just purchased another PVR for my other TV as since going digital I cannot record on my VHS recorder.

You should be able to jump forward and backward in the guide by 24hrs by either pushing the fast-forward button, or the button as labelled at the bottom of the screen when viewing the guide.
